Tell us the trip you want; we assemble it around your actual needs: a room with specs verified before booking (and legally held under the ADA reservation rule), wheelchair accessible transfers from pickup to every sight, equipment delivered to the hotel, and — when you want it — trained companion support for parts of each day, so the person traveling with you gets a vacation too.
Honest fine print: this is a new, human-powered service. We plan with you directly, draw on our verified data, and arrange companion care through established local agencies and accessible-tour partners — we never wing the part that matters. Planning is currently free while we build the service.
What “stress-free” means here
- The room is verified, then held. Specs confirmed against your needs — shower, bed height, mattress, lift clearance — and reconfirmed in writing under 28 CFR §36.302(e) before you travel.
- Wheels are arranged door-to-door. WAV airport transfer, hotel shuttle or rental, and sightseeing routes chosen from accessible options — with the repair shop's number already on your printable trip sheet.
- The caregiver gets time off. Trained companion hours — think of them as an accessibility-trained tour guide — booked through vetted local care agencies for the blocks of the day you choose.
- If anything breaks, you have teeth. Every plan ships with the rights toolkit: scripts, letters, and exactly who to call.
